How do I return an item?

REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
Merchandise (excluding final sale items) may be returned within 30 days from purchase for a full refund or exchange ONLY if items are unworn, unwashed, undamaged and flawless. TAG MUST BE ATTACHED. All returns must be pre-approved (via phone or email, etc.) in advance by a Clothes Depot Unlimited representative. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs.

EXHANGE FROM KIOSK PURCHASES OR LOCAL DELIVERIES
NO REFUNDS ON THESE ITEMS. We encourage you to try on your merchandise. Exchanges are possible with a receipt within 30 days from the purchase if the item is unworn, unwashed and flawless, WITH THE TAG STILL ATTACHED. Customer may exchange the item for a similar item or for store credit toward another purchase. We won't accept an exchange without tag attached even if the customer presents the tag in their hand. NO EXCEPTIONS. Final sale items or items that don't have tags on them when they leave the kiosk, may not be exchanged. At times we "break a set" to accommodate a customer that differs in size from top to bottom or that only needs one piece from a set. These items may not be exchanged. Customers are responsible for picking up their exchanged item from the kiosk or may wait until Clothes Depot Unlimited has a subsequent visit to the customer's facility, school or office, but the customer must at least contact our company within 30 days of purchase to have the exchange pre-approved.

If the customer doesn't have the receipt, we could search the purchase if the customer knows the exact purchase date.
